“Physical inactivity is a greater precursor to early mortality than smoking, diabetes and obesity combined” (Blair, 2009). As podiatrists, it is our job to keep you mobile. Age should not be a reason to simply accept pain and discomfort. Many musculoskeletal aches and pains can be addressed through podiatry, including those thought to be due to graceful ageing. We aim to recognise any underlying reasons for your pain and focus on conservatively treating, rehabilitating, and managing various conditions to ensure you retain your independence and physical freedom.
